10.2010 – 11.2023: Visual3D (+ Webydo) - Creative director & product lead:
‍♦ As a creative lead at Visual3D –An app development \ video production studio, where I overseed all production \ development aspects, from initial concept & specification to visual language, UX\UI, scripting and all required aspects, leading and mentoring an incredibly talented team. the team comprises designers, 3d animators, editors, programmers, videographers, copywriters, and more. Whether it's a video production adhering to commercial ad standards or the development of Augmented& Virtual Reality/Meta-verse apps, as well as 3D websites, I take full ownership from start to finish.
♦ Webydo: (www.webydo.com) is a browser-based website builder and CMS designed for agencies. I cooperate with programmers to integrate necessary features and enhancements into the "Webydo studio" itself. This ongoing effort aims to simplicity, enhance familiarity, and overall user experience, consistently improving the platform for Webydo’s, and lead the in-house design team, collaborating on the sites they build. My client portfolio includes top companies such as Elbit Systems, Micro Focus, IEC, Microsoft, Medtronic, Lumenis, Kornit Digital, the Ministry of Defense, and many more (recommendations will be provided as needed).

Headquarters Management:
♦ Managing the win/loss profit unit, creating a work pipeline and actionable goals.
♦ Overseeing the studio staff, from recruitment to work monitoring.
♦ Prioritizing projects and defining total timeframes for each one.
♦ Developing marketing and sales strategies.
♦ Engaging with potential clients, taking ownership of the sales process, from concept and price quotes to managing the project pipeline
